With wins over UNC and BC, Duke remained #2 in both the ESPN & AP Polls. Obviously, Memphis, behind HUGE wins against SMU and UCF, remained #1. I hope you all picked up on a hint of sarcasm there.

Agreed. I'm surprised that Duke didn't get more votes. Duke's overall SOS is #7 in the country, Memphis is #46 with 6 wins outside the RPI 200+ (Duke has 3).
The only thing I will say in Memphis' defense is that they are #4 in the RPI (Duke is #2) which is a lot higher than previous years due to their non-conference SOS of #15 (Duke's is #63 which seems low to me).
