Tubby Smith is out as Kentucky head coach and is headed to Minnesota. To me, this leaves Patrick Patterson with 2 options: Duke or Florida. Billy Guillespe, one of the sexiest coaching prospects around right now, is rumored to be Kentucky's prime target. That would be a good move for both considering Guillespe is losing Acie Law at the end of the year and Kentucky is a much better job. Considering they don't have a prior relationship though, I can't see Patterson even considering Kentucky now. Good job Kentucky, you just forced out your coach and cost yourselves a prospect.
